have two state-of-the-art locations—Comox Valley and Nanaimo, BC. This is a rare opportunity to step into a fully established, referral-based practice with strong patient flow and long-standing relationships with local general dentists.
Compensation & Earning Potential:
-50% of production
-Average daily production: $8,000–$15,000, depending on individual scheduling preferences
-Full-time schedule: up to 5 days per week — build your ideal schedule
-$20,000 relocation bonus with a two-year commitment
-Buy-in/partnership opportunity available for the right candidate

Qualifications:
NDSE Certified Specialist in Endodontics, eligible for licensure in British Columbia
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures
-Manage complex cases, including retreatments and apical surgeries
-Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists
-Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients
-Maintain excellence in clinical standards and patient care
