Job Description

AET is seeking an Associate Endodontist to continue the practice’s exceptional track record of growth. They are the largest practice in Nebraska, and one of the most profitable practices in the Central US, having grown continuously since their beginning in 2008. In partnership with Kepler Capital, a Calgary based private equity firm, AET plans to expand its footprint regionally via organic growth and/or through acquisition. Each of AET’s locations boast well designed, modern facilities with three operatories and additional space to add one more at each clinic.

Attractions:
• Strong existing base of referrals with a high volume of daily cases
• Compensation levels which are among the very best in the country (estimated US$500,000 to US$700,000 per annum, or more for high producers). A guaranteed incentive of US$300,000 per annum or a significant signing bonus, if preferred, will be offered to the successful candidate
• Highly trained support staff with systems in place to ensure a focus on patient care, rather than administration
• Ownership/Partnership available if desired

Candidate requirements:
• Graduation from a CDAC approved Dental and Endondontic school, enabling licensing in Nebraska
• Minimum 18 months experience as an Endodontist or two years as a General Dentist
• Qualified and comfortable in the use of microscopes for all treatments
• Ability to complete the majority of completions in a single visit
• Ambitious, driven, and dedicated to patient care
• Willingness to move to Omaha on a long term, permanent basis with support from their spouse/partner/family
